Bonne tenue au froid et bon état sanitaire

Maurice RZ est un chou de Milan frisé vert au cycle long (150-180 jours) idéal pour les récoltes hivernales. Sa bonne tenue de plante lui assure un excellent comportement en conditions froides. Vigoureuse et bien enracinée, la plante produit des pommes rondes de 1,5-3 kg et à pivot court. Son bon état sanitaire et sa tenue au champ contribuent à optimiser le taux de coupe.
